21-year-old Wyatt McCollum has an incredibly vivid imagination which he brings to life through his photography. He began taking pictures after high school graduation and his work often focuses on an exploration of surreal moments blended with a touch of reality.
McCollum creates both portraits and self-portraits that evoke a mix of emotions and that convey beautifully contemplative moments in unconventional ways. The young artist often composes shots that feel as though we are catching a glimpse of unaware, solitary figures as they wallow in loneliness or daydream of faraway escapes.
If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together, there is something
you must remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart, I'll always be with you.
